UTTARAKHAND AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE MARKETING BOARD (UKAPMB) came into existence through AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE MARKETING (DEVELOPMENT AND REGULATION) ACT 2011 (Adhiniyam Sankhya 09 of 2011) This Act is an act to provide for the effective regulation in Marketing of agricultural produce, establishment and development of proper and modern marketing System, promotion of agricultural processing and agricultural export, superintendence and control of markets in the state of Uttarakhand and for the matters connected there to.

उत्तराखंड कृषि उपज विपणन बोर्ड (यूकेएपीएमबी) कृषि उपज विपणन (विकास और विनियमन) अधिनियम 2011 (2011 का अधिनियम सांख्य 09) के माध्यम से अस्तित्व में आया। यह अधिनियम कृषि उपज के विपणन, स्थापना और विकास में प्रभावी विनियमन प्रदान करने के लिए एक अधिनियम है। उचित और आधुनिक विपणन प्रणाली, कृषि प्रसंस्करण और कृषि निर्यात को बढ़ावा देना, उत्तराखंड राज्य में बाजारों का अधीक्षण और नियंत्रण और उनसे जुड़े मामलों के लिए।
